Elvis Mug Shot Repeat

This mug shot of Elvis is not, in fact, a mug shot. It was taken in Denver on November 17, 1970 for an honorary police badge that was being issued to the King. He had donated a sizeable sum of money?? to the police force for a gymnasium and was visiting a local precinct to be given his badge.
